To be able to grow it at home, one would probably need a very cold climate. So, it is highly unliklely that it can be grown as a potted plant in Hyderabad. Very useful & informative website. Have referred and found rare species many times over. I'd like to comment that - the plant/flower listed as Dracnea here may actually be Cordyline Terminalis (Red Sister).
