Tree Rhododendron, characterized
by pink to carmine bell-shaped flowers, 2 inches wide and 1.25-2 inches
long. Leaves are 3-7 inches long, with a brown hairy coating beneath.
are produced in scarlet color. Pink Tree Rhododendron is found in
Eastern Himalaya, from E Nepal to NE India, at altitudes of 2600-3800
m.
