Maharashtra Grape Tree is an erect woody shrub that grows up to 1.5-2 m tall.
The stem has rough, grey, fissured bark. Leaves are lobed like that of
grape vine, hence the common name. Flowers are small, greenish white. They
attract butterflies, bees and other insects. Maharashtra Grape Tree is
endemic to Western Ghats. Flowering: June-July.
