Leafless Milk Hedge is a plant very similar to
Leafy Milk Hedge. It differs chiefly in
being a many-stemmed shrub forming dense thickets up to 3 m tall and 10 m
across, and in having smaller readily-falling leaf-blades 2.5-8 x 2-5 cm.
It also has the stipule-spines 0.5-1 cm long. Flowering: February-March.
