Common name: Large-Leaf Stickseed
Botanical name: Hackelia macrophylla    Family: Boraginaceae (Forget-me-not family)
Synonyms: Lappula macrophylla, Cynoglossum macrophyllum

Large-Leaf Stickseed is a plant quite similar to Hackelia uncinata, but more robust, with larger heart-shaped to heart-shaped-ovate leaves that are crisp and hairless above. Flowers are pale white with bluish spots at base of petals. Nutlets have middle dorsal area keeled and appendaged. Large-Leaf Stickseed is found n the Himalayas, from Pakistan to Kashmir. Flowering: June-July.
