Horned Bulb-Leaf Orchid is a small sized ochid, growing on trees or rocks with 3-6 cm between each long-ovoid pseudobulb. Flowers are yellowish green with red spots. Dorsal sepal is ovate, concave, about 6 x 3.2 mm, tip blunt; lateral sepals lanceshaped, about 32 x 3 mm, 5-veined, twisted near base, their upper and lower edges fused to each other forming a horn-shaped synsepal.
