Hairy Rattlepod is a hairy shrub up to 1 m tall.
Branchlets are shortly hispid. Leaves are ovate-elliptic, 3-6 cm long,
2-4 cm broad, pointed, entire, velvety below. Flowers are yellow, borne
in slender racemes. Pods are obovoid, hairy. Hairy Rattlepod is
widespread in India. Flowering: September-April.
